  Sorry it's been so long! I leave for Michigan later tonight so hopefully we have internet up there and I'm able to update again. I just wanted to thank everyone for being so supportive of me and for helping me deal with all my crazy issues for the past month. It means the world to me. 

  Things have been going better for me. So, thats good! Country Thunder was amazing!! Such an awesome time. Going back there with my best friends was exactly what I needed. Sometimes you just have to take a break from it all and simplify your life and spend time with the people who mean the most to you. Well, it worked for me. My friends mean the world to me and I would be nowhere without them.

  For what it's worth: it's never too late to be whoever you want to be. I hope you live the life you're proud of, and if you find that you're not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again.

  At the end of the day, when it comes down to it, all we really want is to be close to somebody. So this thing where we all keep our distance and pretend notto care about each other, it's usually a load of bull. So we pick and choose who we want to remainclose to, and once we've chosen those people, we tend to stick close by.The people that are still with you at the end of the day, those are the ones worth keeping.

  Maybe not everything is supposed to last forever. Certain things are like skywriting; a really beautiful thing that lasts for a couple moments. 

   

  

   

  Sometimes I wonder if you wonder what it could have been like. When you’re sitting there drinking coffee are you thinking of me? When it’s thundering and raining outside do you think about me?

   

   

  

   

   

  I guess time has a way of making everything alright, it's just there is not enough of it. And so we drink and we sing and we celebrate this lie, and hope that it will last.

   

  

   

   

  For me there was -is- nothing better than walking on the beach late at night. It feels like you could walk forever, like the whole night is yours and so is the ocean. When you walk in the beach at night, you can say things you can't say in real life.

   

  

   

   

  She was a girl who spoke her mind, never played games and acted confident when she could barely stand looking in the mirror. She didn't gloat of her achievements, or tell of them even though she had made many. She lived in mistakes, in past regrets, and she's just beginning to realize that sometimes, you can't change things. That you can't let go back in the past and sometimes, you just have to move on because life's too short to dwell on the unchangeable. 

   

  

   

  I moved on to another town, wrote you letters 'til the ink ran out. When the clouds rolled in I grabbed the keys and played that song that we used to sing. I met a boy a lot like you it’s funny how he used to sing it too. But he always just a little out of key so much different than you and me.
